COVID-19: Things have changed, but we’re here for you!

With the continued uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we would like to reassure you that we are committed to ensuring the safety of all our clients and teams at Shenward. The welfare of our clients and teams is of paramount importance and we are closely following Public Health guidelines in order to minimise any potential risk.

Effective Tuesday 17 March 2020, the following policies were implemented:

  1. All planned face to face meetings with clients or otherwise to be cancelled/to be rearranged as telephone meetings;
  2. No face to face meetings to be planned until further notice; and
  3. All client-related travel or client site visits are suspended until further notice.

Further to the announcement from PM Boris Johnson on 23rd March 2020, we have decided to take further preventative steps across both of our offices.

As of 24th March 2020, all members of the team, beside one management member, will be working remotely. Please rest assure that we have full systems in place to allow for this to happen, but there may be some changes in the way that you are able to contact us.

Office calls will be monitored whilst there is a physical presence on site – although it’s possible that the office may not have a physical presence during full office hours. Outside these hours, we therefore kindly ask that you either contact your account manager directly, or send an email to We will endeavour to answer any queries within the usual time frames.

We have put measures in place to regularly post updates across social media regarding new developments and based on those issues that many of the business world will be dealing with during this unprecedented time, so please do head over and take a look.

Please take every precaution for yourself, friends and family. It’s imperative that we all heed the government advice to do our part as a community and individually to help overcome the ongoing crisis.
